"Insist on innovation,qulity,feature; Diversified development, ecological organizations; Achieve excellent power."
The first tier corporate strategy, " Insist on innovation,qulity,feature "emphasize” rely on what to develop" (advantages or means what development relying on);
Second-tier corporate strategy, " Diversified development, ecological organizations " emphasize "how to develop" (means or route what development taking);
The third tier corporate strategy " Achieve excellent power "where to develop " (goals or directions what development selecting).
Four components Of the overall strategy:

1, Insist on innovation,qulity,feature

Company's " Insist on innovation,qulity,feature "is concentrated differentiation strategic,one of the basic strategic offered by well-known scientist Mike Porter.The strategy emphasizes focus key plan to a relatively narrow field to create competitive advantage,different from our competitors, extremely valuable to the user (wide-coverage, high-quality). "Science achive the future " highlighted in the business policy is the accurate expression of concentrated differentiation strategic. " Insist on innovation,qulity,feature " in the past achieved a great success,also has accumulated many successful experiences and practices , create company culture that is conducive to implementing this strategic. The implementation of " Insist on innovation,qulity,feature " is the basis of success of new business goals and positioning chosen by the company, will certainly be core content of company’s new century strategy .

2, Diversified development
Company's " Diversified development " strategy includes two meanings: First, must overstep original business scale and develop outward,run diversification business,as to overcome the constraint caused by too small domain market capacity to support further development.; Second, the company diversification is random, but highly correlated in the process of diversification insisted that the new career and existing business. Diversified development is diversification  with the same focus  of company's core competitiveness. The direction of the diversitied development is the field where core competitiveness can give full play to the role, or the field that company can also have the same competitive advantage after enriching and developing existing core technique inclusions through cultivate,introduce and absorb new key techniques.Enterprises should pay close attention to access to new key techniques compatible with the existing core techniques to enable companies to capture greater market opportunities, get greater options diversified feasible space. Refer to the market opportunities which are not very correlated with our main business,We are always cautious and make more profound analysis, spare every efforts to abase the risk of diversified development and reduce the negative impact of which on major business as muchl as possible.

3, Ecological organizations

Company's "ecological organizations" strategy indicate that  the company must set up ecological-based business model if we maintain sustainable development in the new century. Construction of Eco-enterprise is to transform the traditonal mechanical body which running by assembling various”parts” together and pre-designed program to organisms with vitality. Eco-enterprises just like a person, he has thought, personality, adaptability and evolutionary forces.Enterprises’ thoughts are business concepts ,guilding corporation behavior,with forward-looking and transcendental and free from vulgarity.

Corporate personality not only represent in providing products and services with its own characteristics, but also in business practices; Enterprises’ adaptability show that it can respond to the changes in environment,self-regulation and survival in the world. Evolutionary forces of the enterprises say it will keep on learning,go on absorbing new things and abandon useless thoughts,make improvements constantly,make development toward a higher goal and higher level.

The construction of eco-business is one of the company’s important strategies besides a guarantee for the implementation of the strategy.Nowadays,the content of the constrution of eco-business strategy include:shareholder restructuring by listing the company;organizational restruturing suitable to advance development of  the cause of many domains and multi-market domain;staff restructuring needed in order to develop into international company;elements restructuring in order to achive and maintain core competitiveness that world-class company needed.

4, To achieve excellent power

"Achieve excellent power" is not only the company's corporate strategic objective, but also the important part of  company's strategy. It emphasize that the quality of development will always be at the top in the company's development process. Only “make good quality “can “make your bussiness powerful” ;only “make the corporation powerful “can ensure”make good quality”;then “expanding business” is the inevitable result of the two above ". In the coming period of time companies must expand the scale of strength, but never sacrifice the quality of development to pursue the expansion of the scale. This requires: open up new business domains while qualify existing core business; in new areas develop as quickly as possible technological advantages and form our own characteristics and advantages. We can not develop by the market opportunities, but rely on our own ability to capture the market share; to distinguish between core areas and non-core areas, ensure the needs of the core areas in optimizing  the allocation of company's resources; non-core fields development mainly depend on external resources and resouces not belonging to in-company key one , can not use the key strategic resource of the core fields.
